Anchor Bay Shoreliner

The Shoreliner is a student-run restaurant supervised by Chef Garnet Wrightner. Monthly Buffets have been a great success and reservations sell out quickly.

The Shoreliner, Anchor Bay High Schools’ student run restaurant, is located in Anchor Bay Middle School South, on Sugarbush Road. Students in the CTE Course, Hospitality Management I and II, use their creativity and skills to plan and prepare a new menu for each Buffet and for the Restaurant. From American fare to ethnic delicacies, come enjoy a wide variety of home cooked foods and desserts. You

can either call or email us to set up a reservation for buffets. Hours of operation are based on the Anchor Bay District school year calendar. Homecoming! We served over 200 Anchor Bay staff and their families today! We had a few students who volunteered their time after school. They did an amazing job! Also a big shout out to Chef Kortney who not only led our students in preparing the desserts but also was an integral part in orchestrating this event. We also revealed our food truck to the public. We are not open for business just yet, Stay tuned!

I had the opportunity to chat with Food Network star Robert Irvine today. He was genuinely interested in our Culinary Arts program and impressed with our innovation in building a student operated food truck.

Last week the last Summer Chef Camp was held for 3rd-5th graders in the Anchor Bay Shoreliner with cookie decorating and making Ambrosia salad.

It’s hard to say goodbye to the 2022/23 classes - so many smiles, laughs & lots of cooking filled our school days.

Now it’s time to for everyone to enjoy a well earned summer break.

We will be posting in the Fall of 2023 when the buffet’s & restaurant service will be available.
