Yesterday, May 21st, the Dauntless Battalion Bravo Company commissioned three cadets as 2nd Lieutenants!
The ceremony took place in the Saint Thomas of Villanova Church. Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Richard Longo delivered an inspiring speech, drawing on more than three decades of Army leadership experience to challenge the newly commissioned officers to lead with character, humility, and commitment to those they will serve. Father Peter Donohue delivered the benediction, offering prayers and blessings for the new officers as they begin their service in the Army.
Congratulations and good luck as you begin your careers! Hooah!

Yesterday, May 15th, the Dauntless Battalion Alpha Company and Charlie Company MS4s were commissioned into the United States Army as 2nd Lieutenants. Command Sergeant Major (Ret) Mario Terenas served as our guest speaker and delivered a powerful message on leadership, service, and the responsibility that comes with becoming an Army officer. This milestone marks the end of their time as cadets in ROTC and their entrance into military service in an active, reserve, or national guard capacity.
Congratulations to these remarkable individuals and good luck to them as they begin their careers! Hooah, class of 2026!

Senior Spotlight: CDT Conall Dougherty!💡

“One of my favorite memories comes from my time at advanced camp, getting to run an Ambush as a PL during the FTX. There’s nothing more fun than waiting silently in concealment and then watching the M240s rip, with a successful outcome for the mission.”

“My favorite ROTC memory was during my sophomore year at Fort Indiantown Gap. We were lucky enough to fly in black hawk helicopters, it was my first time in a helicopter and it was amazing to fly sideways over the mountains. Also this past year completing the Norwegian Foot March with my sister was incredible. ”

This past Saturday, the Dauntless Battalion successfully completed a demanding 12-mile ruck at Valley Forge National Historical Park, demonstrating both physical endurance and mental toughness. Cadets pushed through challenging terrain and long miles, leaning on one another and embodying the Army values of resilience and teamwork. The ruck stands as a testament to their discipline, preparation, and commitment to excellence as future Army leaders.
