Our wrestlers want to work for you in return for a donation to Thomas Dale Wrestling!!!

Here are some ideas of things you may want to rent them for:

*Yard work/leaves/weeds pulled

*Need heavy stuff moved?
*Want someone to work your yard sale?
*Pet sitting
*Private lessons with your youth wrestler
The possibilities are endless and the choice is yours!!!

If interested, please reach out and we can get you set up with a wrestler! Have a specific wrestler in mind? Let us know!

If you want to be the best in your other sports, it starts with wrestling! The discipline, skills, endurance, and mental toughness learned through wrestling will help excel you in all other sports. Ask your multi-sport athlete wrestlers!

Here we come Virginia!! Almost time to make a statement. Three weeks from today we wage war to wipe the mat with the district and head to regionals to silence the critics…… LETS GO!!!

‼️Calling all Thomas Dale Wrestling alumni, current/incoming wrestlers, and their families‼️

Mark your calendars for 11/11 as we will be hosting an alumni cookout!

This is the event to welcome current and incoming wrestlers and their families all into the BAGUBA family and get to know all of the people who are behind them 100%

We are in need of funds to get a new mat, singlets and pay tournament fees. These kids are also practicing on the same mat that were bought in the 90's which are not in the greatest of shape. We have started the KNIGHTS TAKEDOWN CLUB to ensure all funds go directly toward the program.

Wrestlers, Families, and Fans,
The team store is now live and will close at the end of the month. Please go on and at minimum get the required warm-up and Headgear package. You have until the 29th when the store closes. You can also buy your own singlets for the season if you choose.

Virginia Women's Wrestling Wrestle Like A Girl

When your days on the mat have past wrestling lives on in your Forever. Thanks to Coach Garrett for todays inspiration!

🗣️ Calling all wrestlers! Get ready to bring your A-game to the Virginia Wrestling Preseason Classic on October 21, 2023! 💪👊

We are inviting all enthusiasts from Kindergarten through 12th grade to participate. We have both boys' and girls' divisions, so everyone gets a shot at glory. 🏆🎖️

This exciting event will be held at Culpeper County Middle School located at 14300 Achievement Drive, Culpeper, VA 22701. Mark your calendars! 📍📅

Special offer - preregister at only $30.00! Registration at the door will be $40.00.

Weigh-ins will be conducted on October 20th, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and on October 21st, from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. ⚖️🕕

2023 VA Super 32 Registration High School and 11u divisions are sold out. Other divisions are close to selling out. Out of Stock means that the division is sold out. There is no waiting list or alternative method for entering once the division is sold out. Early Registration ends Monday, September 18th. All sales are final, and....

High School Wrestling Participation Tops 300K For First Time In 45 Years - FloWrestling High school wrestling is coming off a historic year of growth after participation numbers topped 300,000 for the first time since 1978.

Coach - Wrestling Assistant - Thomas Dale HS 2023-24 Position is responsible for providing leadership, supervision, and coaching instruction at a large public high school. Responsibilities may include supervising teams at varsity and junior varsity levels.
