Summer is winding down and our Thomas Dale Lady Knights are BACK IN THE GYM!

Our girls are putting in the work during open workouts as we prepare for the 2026–27 girls basketball season. That being said, more than ever, that means fueling their bodies to match the work they’re putting in on the court.

We’re committed to prioritizing nutrition and hydration to support performance, recovery, energy, and overall health. But we just need a little help from our amazing community to keep our fridge & pantry stocked! 🙌🏽

Our girls battled this weekend and while we didn’t finish the way we would’ve wanted, our girls competed until the buzzer and really put up a fight. We want to highlight the top performances from Nikiyah Silas and Khya Epps during the 3 games played on Saturday. Nikiyah led the way, averaging 17pts in 3 games with a 22pt high. Khya came behind her averaging 7pts with an 8pt high. Next, Claudia-Rose Young and Jordyn Davis each added a 6pt high on Saturday.

The work continues! Great job ladies! Proud of every Lady Knight and their contribution!
