We had a great first day of co-op. We Learned about Monet and then made Water Lily inspired shrinky-dinks, learned about fall berries and seed dispersal and got to paint with the leftover blackberry juice, did some yoga, began a unit on civics and government, then after lunch the.big kids played a little D&D while the little kids had Builder's Club. If this sounds like a fun and educational day to you there is still room for a few more families to join us this fall.

Many Bright Explorers families enjoyed a field trip to the historic Cooper Gristmill, becoming millers and bakers for the day! Even our youngest learners were about to participate in grinding wheat and baking that same wheat into delicious blueberry muffins.
