Nothing makes us happier than being able to watch our teachers work across disciplines! In Mrs. Mulzet’s Language Arts class, world building is a huge focus for our 6th graders and we are so lucky to have a published author on campus who uses this discipline in his own writing: Senor Finn! To support our 6th graders and Mrs. Mulzet, Senor Finn met with her students to talk about his writing, the inspiration for his books, and the process of publishing. The students had the chance to hear the first chapter read by Senor Finn, accompanied by pictures he created, AND were able to receive his autograph! Thank you, Senor Finn and Mrs. Mulzet for inspiring our students in such a cool way!

This morning, we enjoyed a special Chapel presentation from Mrs. Hoover! She taught us some of the best lessons she’s learned from her youngest son: cherish the small things, try something new, and always apologize when you’ve done something wrong! It was the perfect timing for this topic, as we officially welcomed our Pre-K and Playhouse students for their first Chapel! Thank you, Mrs. Hoover, for a great presentation!

This morning, Mrs. Kelly treated us to a special Chapel by giving us a glimpse into the Kelly School of Crocheting! She walked us all through her journey learning to crochet and inspired us to spend more time dedicated to something we want to learn. She showed us how important it is to not give up and to keep putting in the effort. We even got to see some of her remarkable creations! Thank you, Mrs. Kelly, for the inspiration!
