Ms. Luana recently stepped into her new role as Director, and we couldn’t be more excited for her! Her passion for early childhood education, dedication to our school, and love for our children, families, and teachers shine through in everything she does. ✨

From starting as a Preschool Teacher to now leading our school as Director, her journey is truly something worth celebrating!

Happy Birthday to our amazing Ms. Raquel! 🤍 🎉

Ms. Summer and Ms. Amanda teamed up to put together the sweetest birthday basket for her! 🎁 It makes our hearts so happy to see the friendships, love, and teamwork that continue to blossom among our teachers. We truly have such a special team!

It was an APPLE-tastic day at The Goddard School! 🍎

Today was Caramel Apple Day, and we had so much fall fun all throughout the school! 🍂 Miss Helen’s class celebrated with a special apple party, while our other classrooms got creative with their very own apple-themed crafts. From sweet treats to little masterpieces, our students had the best time learning, creating, and celebrating the season together!

Every sunrise brings a new day filled with endless possibilities, new discoveries, and little moments that make a big difference.

At The Goddard School, we’re reminded every day that we have the privilege of being part of something truly special: helping little minds grow, nurturing big dreams, and creating a place where every child feels loved, safe, and inspired to learn.

Kindergarten readiness can show up in everyday moments, not just big milestones. A few signals to notice:

1. They’re building confidence to try things independently. Examples: walking into a room first, asking for help, or giving something new a try.

2. They’re starting to recognize the letters in their name, even if they’re not reading just yet.

3. They’re showing care and responsibility at home. This could include things like helping pack a bag, feeding a pet, putting away toys, or getting through part of their routine with a little more ease.

Every child grows at their own pace - and readiness looks different for every family. Their preschool teachers can be a great partner in noticing strengths, celebrating progress, and helping you think through what comes next.
