We are having a blast teaching chess to these wonderful students! ♟️

Sixteen clubs kicked off last week, with 10 more starting this week. Ten clubs have already sold out, our online academy has launched, and the fun is just beginning!

Registration is now open for the 2026 Keystone Fall Scholastic Championship! ♟️🏆

Join us Saturday, November 14 at the Exton Hotel & Conference Center for a fun, competitive US Chess-rated tournament for students in grades K–8.

Whether your child has played in dozens of tournaments or has never played in one before, they’re welcome. Players will compete in four rounds, with sections designed to group students by grade, rating, and tournament experience. Every player plays all four rounds — this is not an elimination tournament.

Thank you KDM PTO for the invite to the K.D. Markley Fall Social last night. Coach Nate had a wonderful time playing games against students and giving away prizes for solving puzzles.

Keystone Online Academy is live.

Live weekly classes with a Keystone coach, capped at 10 students so every student gets real attention. Beginner through Advanced, four nights a week at 6 PM.

First classes begin the week of September 21.

We’re excited to welcome Coach Aiswerya to the Keystone Chess Academy team! ♟️

Aiswerya brings an extraordinary background to our students — she’s a trained surgeon, an accomplished competitive chess player, a Viswanathan Anand Rolling Trophy winner, and a former India National Championship qualifier.

Most importantly, she brings the patience, discipline, and strategic thinking we want our students to develop through chess.

We're bringing a fall chess club to Mary C Howse Elementary in the West Chester Area School District. Fridays after school, October 16 through December 11, grades K-5, all skill levels welcome. Chess sets and instruction provided, coaches are background-cleared.

Greystone Elementary is full for the fall.

Back-to-school season is here, and I’m really excited for fall chess clubs to begin.

This fall, Keystone Chess Academy will be in 30 local schools across Chester and Delaware counties. Our focus is simple: safety, character, and chess. In that order.

Four more Fall Chess Clubs added!

Keystone Chess Academy continues to grow, with four new after-school clubs joining our Fall 2026 lineup:

✅ East Ward Elementary (Downingtown)
✅ Springton Manor Elementary (Downingtown)
✅ St. Maximilian Kolbe School (West Chester)

And registrations are moving quickly. Many of our fall clubs have already reached the enrollment needed to officially run, and several are now nearing capacity.
