Come out and celebrate the Oxford HS Unified Basketball Team victory at the USA Special Olympic Games! Parade on route 67, 6:30 on Thursday, July 2 from Quarry Walk to Old Center School. We took home the bronze in the Interscholastic Unified Basketball Competition! 🥉♥️🤍💙🏀 Beyond proud of our team… they proudly and successfully represented our school, the town of Oxford and the state of Connecticut!

What an amazing week at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games in Minneapolis! Incredible opening ceremonies with 3000 athletes, Demi Lovato, Jean Baptiste and Flame of Hope. Unified basketball team from Oxford HS took home the bronze medal Leadership team from Lyme/OldLyme spent week with Young Athletes. Team CT overall took home 16 medals in bowling, swimming, track and softball. Fantastic volunteers, delicious food, and inspiring competition. I am so proud and humbled to be a small part of this remarkable program.
