Varsity golf picked up a big Metro Conference victory today over Greenbrier Christian 171–192. Colton Carter medaled again shooting a 41 on the day. Great work!!!

We would like to wish a big Happy Birthday to our Athletic Director Michael Hudgins. Coach Hudgins has been Athletic Director and head boys basketball coach for the past 13 years. In his coaching career, he has amassed over 500 victories at Atlantic Shores Christian and Raleigh Christian Academy.

Varsity golf comes away with the victory in a home golf match versus Hampton Roads Academy. Colton Carter and Paxton Noon with medalists who each shot 40 on the day!!

Varsity Baseball comes away with a big win at the eyrie this afternoon. Brody Beasley fanned 10 in 4 innings. The Seahawks are back in action this Monday against Broadwater.

The varsity girls soccer team opened with a huge 5–0 win on the road at Nansemond Suffolk Academy this afternoon!! Great Job Ladies!!! Home game Next Tuesday!!

Varsity baseball won on the road today in Hampton 30–0 Beasley, Campbell, Pitscheneder each homered in the victory. The Seahawks will cross state lines to take on Currituck Co. tomorrow at 5 PM.

The varsity girls softball team traveled to Hampton Christian Academy today to take on the Warriors coming away with a 20–4 victory. The Seahawks will be back on the road tomorrow as they take on the Catholic high school at 4 PM!!

The varsity boys basketball team traveled to Roanoke for this evening’s VISAA state tournament basketball game against the seventh ranked North Cross Raiders. After the game was tied at 16 at the end of the first North Cross went into half with a seven point lead and ultimately take down the Seahawks by a score of 77–65..DJ Gayden led away with 16 points. Chris Mason and Justin Jones each had 14. Noah Eddy finished with 12.. the Seahawks and their season with 26 wins and 11 losses. It was a pleasure to watch this team compete on the floor this year looking forward to see where God leads our seniors and the growth that will take place in the returning players.

The Varsity Boys Basketball has earned a spot in the VISAA Division II State Championship Tournament. They will play at North Cross in Roanoke Tuesday night at 6 PM. Let’s Go!!
