Our first graders in Ms. Washington and Mrs. Daye’s classes took their science learning outdoors! Before fall officially arrived, students visited the resident dogwood tree in front of our school to investigate summer weather and seasonal changes. Using their observation charts, our young scientists recorded temperature, light, and precipitation patterns over time, making wonderful connections between daily weather and the seasons! 🌲☀️
