We are preparing for Regionals this week!!!! I am so proud of this team and what they've accomplished so far - between districts and conference - their score improved by 60 POINTS!!!! They are working so hard and have great things planned for the performance coming up this Saturday :) It's easy to be proud as a coach when you work with such a wonderful group of young ladies

The Tryout Packets and Rubrics for the 2015 season are out!
Conditioning picks up on Monday, at 7pm - Now is the time to not miss out on any conditioning... we will cover materials and expectations for tryouts.

We are back into our Spring Conditioning tonight!!! Looking forward to seeing everyone-- be ready to do work!
Conditioning is cancelled tonight. I will send out workouts for everyone to do over Spring Break! Conditioning will resume on April 13th! :)
