🏃♀️🏃♂️ Running Camp wrapped up last Friday with a race of their very own! After spending the week building endurance and putting in the miles, our young runners had the chance to put it all together and cross the finish line.

A BIG HELP! These students stepped up to help welcome one of our newest faculty members Colleen Craig and her family to StoneBridge!
The Craig family recently made the move from California, and this group volunteered to help unpack their belongings and get them settled into their new home.
What a great way to welcome a new family to the StoneBridge community. We’re thankful for our students who are so willing to serve and help others feel at home. Welcome, Craig family! 🙌

This summer, StoneBridge students Taylor Thompson and Lilly Mayhugh had the incredible opportunity to serve on a missions trip to West Africa with their church. Through building relationships and serving the community, God strengthened their faith and gave them a greater love for His people around the world.
Taylor shared: “Going on this missions trip to West Africa was one of the greatest privileges and blessings God has ever given me. It was incredible to experience His love in such a tangible way while sharing the Gospel, building meaningful relationships, and witnessing to people from a different part of the world. Seeing God work across cultures reminded me that His love knows no boundaries, and I will always cherish the opportunity to be used by Him to point others to Christ. And I can’t wait to be led by Him in other ways!”
Lilly reflected: “My experience serving in West Africa was amazing! I was blessed to work with an amazing team and meet so many people that the Lord placed along our path. I learned how to share the Gospel and build relationships. My favorite part was running our Kids Camp and being able to serve with them every day. It’s amazing the relationships you can build even with a language barrier. God has truly changed my heart and perspective after this trip, and I’m so grateful to have had that experience.”
We love seeing our students live out their faith in meaningful ways, and we’re excited to see where God leads them next.

Two alumni, same ministry, different parks. Like Julia Parkerson (see our previous post), StoneBridge alumna Tallulah Wirtz, Class of 2024, has been serving with A Christian Ministry in the National Parks (ACMNP) this summer. Tallulah has been serving at Theodore Roosevelt National Park, where she’s had the opportunity to share her faith with people from around the world while continuing to grow in her own.
“I’ve been blessed to connect and share my faith with people from so many countries and backgrounds. My ministry team has taught me so much about God’s love and faithfulness. My favorite part of the ministry has been helping lead worship during our Sunday services. I have also seen God’s work through our Bible studies and reading the Word with people from different religious backgrounds. I am so grateful to have had this opportunity to serve and grow in my faith.”
It’s always encouraging to see our alumni continue to live out the mission they’ve been called to, using their gifts to serve others and point people to Christ. Way to go, Tallulah! ❤️
