Grassfield families, the PTSA is hoping you are having a great summer. It’s hard to believe that we are at August 1st and Grassfield open house is a little over a month away on September 3rd. At the September 3rd Open House we will be voting on the PTSA budget and audit. We also will be voting to amend the bylaws to increase yearly dues from $8 to $10 for members. Each year part of our dues goes to Virginia and National PTA and over the past years those dues have increased. Many local schools are already at $10. That being said, you can save money by joining Grassfield PTSA now at the current $8 price. If you have any questions about the vote please let me know. Your new PTSA President- Charlene Shearer

Craft Fair

Our PTSA was recognized with several awards on Wednesday evening at the Chesapeake Council PTA Annual Awards Banquet. Thank you to all of our members for helping to make this possible. Your service and dedication to our school, staff and community does not go unnoticed.

The PTSA is hosting lunch for teacher appreciation week. If you're able to donate desserts or a gift card for raffle, please sign up below. It is much appreciated. All items need to be delivered to the main office of the school by Wednesday, May 6th. Thank you!
