The Fat Frogs Tri Club provides group training to what is normally viewed as a solo sport. From beginners to advanced triathletes, we offer training and guidance to improve in all three disciplines while sharing team camaraderie & having fun! With our roots in Chesapeake, Virginia, we cover all of the Hampton Roads area, & now have expanded to the Bay Area on the West Coast!!
