Every act of kindness begins with one person who decides to care.

Today, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for an anonymous donor who walked through our doors, saw the work happening at Buffalow Family & Friends with their own eyes, and believed in our mission so deeply that they committed to matching up to $15,000 in donations. Their generosity has given our community the opportunity to turn $15,000 into $30,000 of life changing impact.

Now it’s our turn.

Whether your gift is $20, $50, $100, $500, or $2,000, every dollar moves this thermometer higher. Every donation helps put food on tables, supports families in crisis, creates opportunities for children, uplifts seniors, and reminds our neighbors that they are not forgotten. Together, we can reach our goal and, with your help, even exceed it.

If you’ve ever wondered where your donation goes, we invite you to come see it for yourself. Visit us at 2403 Bainbridge Boulevard, Suite D, Chesapeake, Virginia, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Walk through our doors, meet our team, witness lives being changed, and discover what inspired one generous donor to launch this incredible matching challenge.

This isn’t about building an organization. It’s about building hope, restoring dignity, and proving that when a community comes together, compassion can accomplish extraordinary things.

Thank you to our anonymous donor for believing in our mission. Now let’s show what happens when an entire community believes with you.
