We have a pretty simple philosophy about piano lessons…Kids should actually enjoy them!

There are moments as music teachers that remind us why we do what we do, and this was definitely one of them. Recently, one of our former Fox Music students stopped by to surprise a couple of her former teachers. She started taking piano lessons and singing lessons with us when she was just 7 years old and spent about five years at Fox Music before her family moved out of the area. Now she's all grown up, and it was so much fun catching up and hearing about everything she's been doing.

It's amazing how quickly the years go by, but seeing students return reminds us that the impact of music lessons extends far beyond the classroom. While we're teaching piano and voice, we're also building confidence, encouraging creativity, celebrating milestones, and creating friendships that can last for years. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your musical journey!

One of the biggest things our students learn in their piano and voice lessons isn't music. It's confidence. The confidence to try something new, to make mistakes and keep going, and to perform in front of others. That confidence carries over into everyday life.

Watching students grow as musicians is great, but watching them grow in confidence and self-esteem is the real reward. We love what we do!

We're so proud of all of the singers who participated in our recent Adult Voice Recital. Some have been performing for years, while others performed in a recital for the very first time.

Events like these are a great reminder of what makes the Fox Music family so special. Seeing students encourage one another and celebrate each other's successes is one of our favorite parts of what we do.
