We were blessed today with a large donation of non-perishable food from the Portsmouth-Chesapeake Elks Lodge #82! Thank you very much for the food. Our food pantry helps so many single moms in the community!

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our incredible community for rallying around us at our Oyster Roast we had a couple of weeks ago! It was a truly uplifting turnout and an amazing time once the skies cleared. Fantastic music and dedicated volunteers made this unforgettable event possible, thanks to hours of tireless planning to bring you the most epic celebration of the year! Everything we do is for YOU! Thank you for being part of this special day and for your unwavering support!

We were thrilled to welcome our District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler, D. Sage, to our Lodge this evening, accompanied by his Esquire and Auditor. The visit was a resounding success! Our local high school Culinary class prepared a fantastic dinner, showcasing their impressive skills.

Our Elks Lodge enjoys organizing activities for our Veterans outside of the VA Hosp. Our recent outing to the Norfolk Tides ballgame on Aug 5 for 22 vets was a great time had by all!

This July 4th was truly unforgettable! We had the honor of sponsoring dinner for 20 Veterans from the Hampton VA Hospital after they participated in the DC parade, celebrating the freedoms they've bravely defended. Thank you for your service and for inspiring us to cherish the blessings of our great nation 🎉

Our lodge is at it again! On Thursday, June 19th, we hooked up 20 Hampton VA Medical patients with a day of fishing and lunch at the Ocean view fishing pier. It was a reel good time had by all! Some had a whale of a time catching fish! 🎣 Thank you to our Virginia Elks Association Veterans Fund for helping make this fin-tastic day possible! 🐟🐟🐟

One thing about having events that are successful is having enough volunteers to help! We thank all the members that were able to pitch in from planning meetings and helping behind the scenes and showing up! We also would like to thank the Tidewater Composite Squadron with the Civil Air Patrol for all of their volunteers! We very much appreciate your time and commitment to helping others in the community!
