Personal attention from Lead Consultant, Latrece Williams-McKnight including one-on-one meetings via phone, video chat, or in person, and regular access to Latrece via email for questions, networking, and resources. Minimum 6 meetings. SITE VISIT & EVALUATION
Providing a fresh perspective and strategic recommendations for your children's ministry classrooms. A personal visit, from Latrece Willliams-McKnight and her team, on Sunday morning to evaluate classroom effectiveness, security procedures, hallway traffic flow, age-appropriate decor and supply organization leads to a Monday Strategy Planning Session with a full Classroom Evaluation & Recommendations Report. ONE TIME CONSULTATION
Providing a 1-Hour, 1-Time Consultation for the purpose of creative brainstorming or practical problem solving. Many clients choose this before planning a new season of ministry, or prior to hosting a volunteer training, or in the midst of choosing a new curriculum.
