Happy Graduation Day Seniors!!! 💚💛
Thank you to everyone who helped make Senior Celebration 2026 a SUCCESS! It was so hot and we had to change the set up to add some indoor activities but it was a fantastic afternoon of fun, games, music, food, and prizes. Thank you to everyone who donated items or money, who let us use your yard games, tents, tables, coolers, kiddie pools, thank you to the families who attended planning meetings and helped with all the little and big details that are vital to these events, a huge thank you to the volunteers who helped Friday throughout the day, a BIG thank you to Bruce Bossout for grilling all of the hot dogs and burgers (that was a very hot job), and another BIG thank you to Carolina Cupcakery for donating the most delicious cupcakes for the kids to enjoy. It was a hot day and there were a lot of moving pieces and I am so so grateful for those who showed and dived in to help. This is a huge event and requires many hands. Thank you so so much for helping make this year’s celebration one for the books.

Great Bridge High School held it's inaugural CTE Celebration Night this week celebrating students entering the workforce, Military, trade school, CPS Grow Your Own Internship or being accepted into the CCC for the 2026-27 school year. Mr. Steve Best was our guest speaker, former Chesapeake Fire Chief who created the firefighter academy at the CCC. It was a great evening celebrating our Wildcats and their future endeavors.

Senior Celebration 2026 is this Friday and we are still in need of help. If you have a tent, yard game, kiddie pool, cooler, or time to volunteer please sign up to help. Senior Celebration celebrates our graduating seniors and marks an end of an era. Without support though it is not possible to hold this event. Our families have worked hard over these past months to organize a fantastic event, please help us make it a success. Thank you for your support.
