🎶🔥 THE SOUND WAS ON POINT! 🔥🎶

The Marching Grizzlies had an incredible guest at Fall Camp today! Audio engineer, musician, and pageantry designer Kennith Watts Jr. spent the day working with our audio system—fine-tuning microphone setups and helping us dial in the sound of our front ensemble. 🔊🎤🥁

Mr. Watts brings an impressive combination of professional live-audio and marching arts experience, including serving as Audio Caption Head for the Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps.

His experience spans professional live sound, nationally touring artists and productions, university performing arts, and audio design and consultation for marching programs. He also understands the marching arts from the performer’s perspective, with experience as a trombonist, percussionist, drum major, instructor, and designer.

Having someone with that level of expertise behind our board, working with our microphones, and shaping the front ensemble sound was an incredible opportunity for the Marching Grizzlies.

A HUGE thank you to Mr. Watts for giving us your time and expertise today and helping us take the sound of Shattered Reflection to another level!

We heard the difference. 👏
