WHEN AIR TAKES SHAPE
"When Air Takes Shape," is a large-scale, kinetic art installation that visualizes the impacts of air pollution. It changes shape based on real-time air quality data - the audience can breathe with the structure’s dynamic expansions and contractions to embody the experience of those most affected by air pollution. They can control the installation and access more educational information on the accompanying tablet application.

Through this interactive experience, we aim to raise awareness and evoke empathy for air quality issues, ultimately creating lasting behavioral change.

This installation is built by a multidisciplinary community of more than 20 artists with technology, science, and arts backgrounds.

IZE105
Have you heard about our In Mold labeling substrate for opaque hot-filled PP bottles? It's called IZE105 and chances are it's on a bottle in your household already! Below is some great information on YUPO IML & IZE 105.

YUPO IML is a family of substrates that are designed to simplify the labeling process. Traditionally, bottles are made, then stored for 24-hours to cool, and then labeled on secondary equipment. However, with IML, bottles are made and labeled at the same time. This saves an incredible amount of time, money, raw materials, energy and solid waste. Also, bottles labeled in-mold are strong and durable because the labels are molded right into the bottle. The family of YUPO IML substrates are fully recyclable at the bottle molder or at the recycler because YUPO and the bottle are like materials.

Allow us to reintroduce to you one of our highly sustainable clear YUPO® IML grades for HDPE bottles called UAIB. UAIB comes in three different micron thicknesses and prints beautifully. We could probably bet this product is or at one point has been in your household on a bottle that uses our UAIB substrate.

Have you heard about our IML (in mold labeling) grade IZE105? If not, we could probably guess you have seen it before at your local store. Here is some great information on how this substrate works for Hot-Filled PP bottles.

IZE105:
•Does not shrink, crack or bubble while the bottle is in its cooling process
•Opaque
•For PP resin applications
•Also good for Hot-Fill PP (Polypropylene)
•Good for bottles filled at less than or equal to 212° F (Boiling Water)
•Orange peel
•Available in 105 micron
