Virginia TaeKwonDo and Jiu-Jitsu Academy

This is a Veteran owned Academy where we teach TaeKwonDo and Jiu-Jitsu. Our curriculum consists of techniques derived from traditional TaeKwonDo.

Classes are designed to teach practical real life self-defense as well as build a sound mind and body. In addition, we also provide training in Gracie Style Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
