Off to a great school year. We are missing quite a few moms however it was exciting to kick our first club back at school.

YoungLives has looked very different the past couple of months but we are still meeting with and having a blast with our girls!

We received word yesterday that Walmart Chesapeake - Hillcrest Pkwy awarded us a grant of $15,000 specifically for our YoungLives Chesapeake program working with teen moms! Apparently the associates at the store voted for us (along with 4 other wonderful organizations) to receive this grant. We think our work with teen-moms is deserving, but glad to know others do to!

Next Tuesday is Giving Tuesday and will launch our 30 for 30 Campaign! Will you consider giving $1/day to Young Life in Chesapeake to help us continue to reach the next generation of kids in our city? More details to come.
