Sanitation is not optional in this industry. This week the salon floor shut down for a Law & Order style lesson to drive home the importance of sanitation, safety, and professionalism. Because behind every great stylist is someone who understands the responsibility of working with the public. We believe learning should be serious, memorable, and sometimes a little fun. This week our cosmetology students performed their first facials on real clients. Learning skin care isn’t just about applying products. Students are trained to: • analyze skin • understand ingredients • create treatment plans • adapt during a service Professional training means learning how to think like a practitioner, not just follow steps.
