Special education…the processes keep changing, the requirements get more difficult, the resources keep dwindling down, the progress expectations continue to be minimized, and it's all hanging off a cherry tree waiting to be picked. How are parents supposed to keep up with that? Wait, that's the point. They are expected to trust, even when it's all as transparent as mud and as simple as physics.
