Health Fair tomorrow....it's a full schedule beginning at 11:00 AM. We've had a week of events that have pulled us off of our regular routine. Everything should return to normal on Monday.

Spelling: Lesson 27 test will be Wednesday, May 2nd for each group.
Reading: Read chapter 9 tonight in Singing Hands. Be prepared to write a summary tomorrow.
Social Studies: Study Lesson 4. The test will be Monday, May 7.
Lunch tomorrow:
Reminder: Trip to Village Creek on Thursday, May 3. Don't forget to pack an "all day" lunch and two drinks. Turn $2.00 in by Wednesday. Dress according to the weather report and wear comfortable shoes. Bring money if you wish to buy a souvenir. You are responsible for keeping up with your belongings, so put everything in a backpack or bag. If your parents are joining us, remind them to bring a comfy chair.

The third and fourth graders will travel to Village Creek State Park on Thursday, May 3. We will attend water safety and snake presentations, visit the store, and picnic. Students wishing to buy a souvenir will need to bring money. The students may pack an “all day” lunch and two drinks labeled with his or her name. We will also grill hot dogs and smores’.

The students need to dress according to the weather and wear comfortable shoes. They may bring ball equipment, outdoor games, sunglasses, caps, sunscreen, books, magazines, beach towels, cameras, approved games, and ipods. NO PHONES OR TEXTING DEVICES ARE PERMITTED. All items must be in a backpack or bag.

The students are responsible for keeping up with their money and personal items. Please do not send anything that is valuable and cannot be easily replaced.

Each student will need to return the permission note with $2.00 by Wednesday, May 2.

Spelling: Study list 26 over words with prefixes. The test will be Tuesday, April 24 for 4A and Wednesday, April 25 for 4B.

Reading: Chapters 1-5 must be read in Singing Hands by tomorrow. Several students are not reading the chapters and are unable to complete assignments. Do you need to redo chapter 5 summary tonight?

Assignments due are not forgiven because of baseball, softball, dance class, or any other extracurricular activities.

Social Studies: Correctly complete L4 study guide. Due tomorrow...............
Writing: Communicating without words............3 point essay (5 paragraphs) due tomorrow.
ALL OF THE ASSIGNMENTS WERE ASSIGNED LAST WEEK. IF YOU DID NOT COMPLETE AND TURN YOUR WORK IN TODAY, YOU MUST COMPLETE THEM AS HOMEWORK.
The class trip to Village Creek will be on Thursday, May 3rd. A note will go out this week.
