Rockford Self-Defense Mr. Walker teaches Jeet Kune Do and Krav Maga Fitness classes. He welcomes people of all experience levels to come train with a great group of students!

EDS specializes in adult classes for men and women, youth, private group morning classes, seminars, employee wellness programs, law enforcement/military instruction. EDS serves the following towns: Rockford, Loves Park, Machesney Park, Caledonia, Cherry Valley, Rosecoe, Rockton, Belvidere, New Milford, Winnebago.

EVERY Tuesday and Thursday we offer a 11am class for adults. No experience is needed for this Fundamentals of Self-Defense class.

We aren't training for competition.
We aren't training for trophy's.

We are training for bad situations that can happen at a moments notice

The goal isn't to stand in the middle of the ring with the ref holding our arm up.

The goal is to make it home safely to your family so you can eat at your table and sleep in your bed.

We help you for when sh*t goes sideways.

Last night I had the pleasure of holding a test from my Krav Maga Level 1 class.

For over an hour, the students punched and kicked, threw elbows and knees, broke out of choke holds and more.

Tired, but never quitting.
Fatigued, but rockin and rollin.
COMMITTED.

Congrats to Kari, Alex, Deb, Logan and Glenn for the big accomplishment!
