Kresson Road (Camden County/NJAW project):
Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4PM, between Willowdale Dr & Marlkress Rd, drainage work will continue with lane shifts or alternating traffic. No detours.

Monday-Thursday, 6AM-4PM, and Friday, 6AM-2PM, concrete work will continue between Cropwell & Springdale Rds. There will be a one-way detour of westbound traffic. Traffic traveling toward Springdale Rd will be directed down Cropwell to Evesham to Springdale back to Kresson Rd.

Friday 7PM-Saturday 7PM (weather permitting), due to extensive drainage work, Kresson Rd will be closed between Browning Ln & Springdale Rd. Local traffic only. Eastbound traffic (towards Voorhees) will be detoured down Browning to Haddonfield-Berlin Rd to Evesham to Springdale back to Kresson Rd. Westbound traffic (towards Haddonfield) will be detoured south onto Springdale to Evesham to Haddonfield-Berlin Rd to Browning back to Kresson Rd.

Springdale Road – North of Rt 70 (Camden County project):
Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM, drainage upgrades from Mt Laurel border to Huntington Dr, with one lane open in each direction.

Cooper Landing Road (CCMUA project):
No work scheduled this week.

Haddonfield-Berlin Road (Cherry Hill Twp project):
Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM, crews are installing sidewalks on the westbound side, between Walt Whitman Blvd and Rue du Bois, with a right lane closure.

Chapel Avenue (NJ American Water project):
Friday, 9AM-12PM, there will alternating traffic between Garden State Dr & Murray Ave.

Old Orchard Road (NJ American Water project):
Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM, construction for water main upgrades between Rabbit Run Rd & Lamp Post Ln.

Please follow posted detours and allow extra travel time.

As summer comes to an end and fall sports approach, Cherry Hill High School East’s athletes are preparing for their upcoming season. Fall athletes are participating in summer leagues, attending early workouts, and building team chemistry. Across the various sports East offers, the 2026 fall sport captains are stepping into new leadership roles as they prepare to set the tone for the upcoming season.

TOURS START TONIGHT! 🎉 THE LINKS TO SIGN UP FOR TOURS & the T SHIRT ARE IN OUR BIO: During the month of August, we will host 3 tour nights for incoming Freshmen and students who are new to Cherry Hill East. The dates are Wednesdays, August 5, 12 and 19 from 6:00-7:30 PM. Space is limited for the tour nights and we will only accept around 40 students for each 30-min time slot throughout the night. Click the link in our BIO to sign up for ONLY ONE tour time/date and use the STUDENT’S FIRST AND LAST NAME where is says “NAME” (not the parent’s name). Tours are group tours given by current East students and will cover the major areas of the building. **PLEASE NOTE: These tours are for STUDENTS ONLY (not parents). NEW STUDENTS who are not Freshmen are also invited to attend. Also, this is NOT Freshman Orientation. That will be on Wednesday, August 26th (and Monday, August 24th at 7pm for parents/guardians). These are just small tours.** 👕 All Freshmen will get a FREE CLASS of 2029 T-SHIRT at ORIENTATION on 8/26 (generously provided by the Cherry Hill Education Foundation) Fill out the t-shirt order form by no later than 8/6/25 Enter your STUDENT’S name and t-shirt size to sign up for your FREE Class of 2030 T-Shirt (one per student). Please make sure to speak with your spouse and student, so only ONE person submits a t-shirt order.
