🎤📖 Mrs. Lelaj's 4th grade classroom transformed into a poetry café as students proudly shared their original poems with classmates!

Each young author took the stage to read their work, showcasing their creativity, voice, and confidence. Instead of applause, audience members celebrated each reading with snaps, creating a supportive and inspiring atmosphere for every poet.

We are so proud of our talented writers for bravely sharing their words and bringing their poems to life. What a wonderful way to celebrate creativity and self-expression! ✨

Our 4th graders and preschoolers came together for their final lesson of the year, and it was one to remember. ❤️

The focus of the day was simple, yet powerful: to love one another.

Through shared activities, smiles, and meaningful conversations, our students celebrated the importance of kindness, friendship, and caring for others. It was a beautiful reminder that some of life’s most important lessons are learned through connection and compassion.

We are so proud of the way our older students have mentored and supported our preschoolers throughout the year. 💙

🎢 Science in motion! Our 4th graders recently explored the fascinating world of gravitational potential energy and discovered how roller coasters rely on gravity—not motors—to keep the cars moving along the track!

Through hands-on experiments, students investigated how energy changes as a coaster climbs, drops, and speeds through twists and turns. Learning came to life as they tested their ideas and saw physics in action right before their eyes!

Who knows? We may have a few future engineers in the making! ⚙️🔬✨

Our 2nd graders dug into an unforgettable adventure last week at the Edelman Fossil Park & Museum of Rowan University! 🦖🔍

Students explored the world of paleontology, uncovered fascinating fossils, and learned about the creatures that once roamed our planet millions of years ago. From hands-on discoveries to interactive exhibits, it was a day filled with curiosity, learning, and excitement!

Field trips like these bring classroom lessons to life and inspire our students to keep asking questions and exploring the world around them. 🌎✨

Our 6th graders stepped back in time during their field trip to the Penn Museum! 🏺
From exploring ancient civilizations to discovering fascinating artifacts from around the world, students experienced history in a whole new way. This hands-on learning adventure brought classroom lessons to life and sparked curiosity about cultures past and present.

A day filled with discovery, exploration, and unforgettable memories! 📚🌎

Last evening, our 8th graders celebrated their Dinner Dance at Marco’s Pennsauken Country Club, marking another special milestone on their journey toward graduation next Monday.

The evening was filled with delicious food, awards, dancing, laughter, beautiful views, and memories that will last a lifetime. As we prepare to send off the Class of 2026, we are grateful for the friendships, accomplishments, and moments that have shaped their years at RCS.

A heartfelt thank you to our teachers, administrators, and parents whose support helped make this unforgettable evening possible.
