Mom's can Attend:
Any 2 Adult Classes a week
(Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15 - 7, Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:15 or Saturdays from 9 - 9:45 am)

Women's CardioKick Classes
(every Tuesdays and Thursdays from (7:15 to 8)
Learn how to punch and kick correctly on a bag, while getting a great cardio work-out and making lots of awesome friends!

OR

Saturday's Family Class
from 12:30 to 1:10 with their student(s)! (This class can count toward one of your students classes for the week!)

Oh...and don't forget to bring your friends--they train for FREE too!
