Prayer changes things.

Day 2 of this weeks Oklahoma FCA Bible Plan reminds us that “Thanksgiving or Gratitude shapes our prayers.” Prayer helps us overcome worry or anxiety. As coaches, athletes, and even parents of athletes, we often let worry dictate our attitude and perspective. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 reminds us “Rejoice Always, Pray Constantly, give Thanks in everything; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

Tomorrow is the annual See You at the Pole event taking place around the world. I hope you will show up to pray with those in your community.
