Glocester parents!
Children do not become resilient by avoiding adversity.
They become resilient by facing it!
Strength grows through resistance.
Resistance has value.
We can help!

Chepachet parents!

The goal is not raising tougher kids.
The goal is raising more capable kids.

Capability changes how children see themselves.
Capability matters.

When your instructor challenges you to 100 pushups during class, they lead by doing them with you.
These students at in step up to the challenge, because they know if it's good for him, it's good for them.

It's always a great thing when martial arts schools collaborate. I was grateful and honored to be I invited to join in at the Foster Old Home Days demo with American Martial Arts Center , our sister school!
Many of the staff are old friends I've trained with for years!

Children need fewer distractions.
They need more opportunities to concentrate.
Focus improves with practice.

Being entertained doesn't develop skill or character. Hard work does~

This is such a great group of kids to work with.
Goals:
A repetitive drill that creates automatic reactions.
To build speed once they're done overthinking it.
To cover distance with a moving opponent.
I edited out the first few rotations, but they got so much faster.
Love these guys!
