Buffs are Back is September 8th 4:30-6:30 pm at MHS. Join us for hot dogs, chips, and cookies while exploring all the sports and clubs that are available. Tours will be provided, parking passes can be picked up, family athletic passes will bar available , and ASB cards can be purchased.

We had a fantastic week of fall youth camps for both Madras Football and Volleyball! It was awesome to see so many young athletes learning skills, having fun, and building the future of White Buffalo athletics.

A huge thank you to our Head Coaches Andrew McConnell and Taytum Stevens, along with all of our amazing assistant coaches, for making these camps such a success!

We also want to give a special shoutout to our incredible student-athlete coaches who put in the time to mentor, encourage, and work with our future Buffs. Your leadership makes a difference!

We are excited about the future of the White Buffalos and look forward to seeing you all in the stands this fall season!

Madras High School will be hosting our Fall Athletic Parent Information Night on Monday, August 24th at 6:00 PM in the MHS Commons.

This is an important opportunity for parents and guardians of our fall student-athletes to:

Learn about MHS athletic policies and expectations
Meet our fall sports coaching staff
Get important information about the upcoming season and our athletic programs
We encourage all families with fall student-athletes to attend as we prepare for another exciting and successful season of White Buffalo Athletics!

Good Afternoon MHS Families,

We are very excited for the upcoming 2026-27 school year! I wanted to send out a few reminders for students who are joining a sport this fall season at MHS.

In order to participate an athlete must have:
- A current Physical on file with MHS (within 2 years) - Middle School physicals have transferred
- Registered on Final Forms
*When registering your athlete, you may save time by marking appropriate boxes of sports they intend to participate in throughout the entire 2026-27 school year.

OSAA's fall season starts Monday August 17th. Below you will find a schedule for the first two weeks of practice for the 6 programs we offer in the fall. (Football, Boys Soccer, Girls Soccer, Volleyball, Cross Country, Cheer)

In addition we will hold a Fall Parent Information Night on Monday August 24th in the MHS Commons at 6pm. All parents whose student is playing a fall sport are encouraged to attend. It is going to be a great year! Go Buffs!

MHS Youth Football Camp Update ā€” August 11

Weā€™re excited to see all of our future MHS Buff Athletes today for Youth Football Camp from 2:00ā€“3:00 PM!

We are currently monitoring the AQI, which is at 133 as of 11:00 AM and continuing to drop. If the AQI exceeds 150, we will need to postpone camp for the safety of our athletes and coaches.

We will post another update at 12:30 PM with the final decision.

Good news! The fire crew has left MHS, so we will be able to host camp at the MHS Football Stadium today.

Weā€™re looking forward to seeing everyone this afternoon! Go Buffs!

Madras High School Youth Football Camp - August 11th-13th

Location Update: Due to the fire camp currently located at Madras High School, we have moved the camp location from the football practice field to the MHS Soccer Fields.

Madras High School Football is hosting a Youth Football Camp August 11-13 from 2:00-3:30 PM. Youth athletes will have the opportunity to learn and develop fundamental football skills while working with Madras High School Coaches and Football Players. It will be a great three days of skill development, teamwork, and competitive fun!

Cost: $50 per athlete
Registration & Payment: Upon arrival (Cash or Card)

Registration Opens at 1:30.

šŸ Jr. Buff Summer Volleyball Camp is Next Week!

Madras High School Volleyball is excited to host our Jr. Buff Summer Volleyball Camp August 10ā€“12 from 10:00 AMā€“12:00 PM in the Buffalo Dome!

This camp is open to all youth athletes entering 3rdā€“8th grade and is a great opportunity to learn the game, develop your skills, and have fun with the Madras High School Volleyball coaches and our State Playoff team.

Camp Details:
ā€¢ Dates: August 10ā€“12
ā€¢ Time: 10:00 AMā€“12:00 PM
ā€¢ Location: Buffalo Dome
ā€¢ Who: 3rdā€“8th Grade Youth Athletes

Madras High School 2026-27 Athletic Registration is now Open!

We are very excited to announce that the Madras High School Athletic Department has partnered with Final Forms, an online forms and data management service. Final Forms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that Final Forms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! Final Forms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update. Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in Final Forms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click ā€œGet Helpā€.

We are asking the parents/guardians of all students planning to play sports to create accounts in Final Forms and register your student(s).

Please register at: https://jeffersoncounty-or.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.

First Practice for Fall Sports Start August 17th!
