What would we do without volunteers? The amazing Mrs. Diane Gibbons comes in faithfully twice a week to our classroom(her old classroom). She teaches the students God’s word and brings it to life for them. The students then get to participate in amazing arts and crafts that tie into the lesson of the day. She not only loves on the kids she pours into them! They love her so much and I appreciate her more than I can express! Thank you God for wonderful volunteers!❤️🙏🏻😇

Madras Christian School will be selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts on Tuesday, September 30, at Safeway starting at around 12 PM. Come and help us raise funds for our school!

For any of that are interested, we are still doing our fruit fundraiser. Currently, we have three varieties of fall pears as well as seedless table grapes. Depending on interest and availability, we may be getting more apples as well. Contact Spencer at 208-631-4009 for information or to order.

All pear varieties are $2.00/lb and grapes are $2.50/lb.

Apples Galore! Our literacy unit was all about apples. We learned there are over 4000 different varieties, we taste tested a few. We made our own applesauce, and Everyone tried it and loved it! We were scientists and we made predictions and discovered apples do float! We then had some fun balancing them on our heads! It was a great week of learning!! 🍎

We still have a few boxes of Redhaven peaches as well as white flesh peaches. If you or someone you know is interested call 208–631–4009. All boxes are double layered and cost $35.
