When EWU alumnus Bill Beneke began searching for his birth family, he discovered a younger sister, Lisa Fairburn; who also happened to be an EWU alumna and psychology graduate.

This summer, the siblings reunited on campus to celebrate their shared Eastern connection, reconnect with the university community, and reflect on their remarkable story.

Once an Eagle, always an Eagle. 🦅 😊

It's been a great start to the quarter here at Eastern Washington University! 🦅

From welcoming new students to campus to connecting with students and faculty across our programs, there's already been so many exciting things happening!

🌎 Dual degree students from China and Japan were welcomed to campus and had the opportunity to connect with Dr. Amanda Reedy and our business programs.
