Slow Down. Breathe. Be Present.

Are you an EWU student interested in learning more about mindfulness and meditation? Join us this summer for our weekly Mindfulness Meditation Workshop - these 60-minute group sessions are designed to help you feel more grounded, focused and calm.

No registration is required - students are welcome to attend any session, whether you attend just once or come every week.

Join us in Martin 209 at 3PM every Tuesday between July 21st and August 25th. We hope to see you there!
