Last in our grade 8 spotlights, but definitely not least, is Cali! She is funny and unique and a loyal friend. She loves social studies, Ariana Grande and dreams of visiting Lebanon 🇱🇧 Last night, Cali and her classmates graduated from St. Rose School at an in person, socially distanced mass. We will be sharing photos of the night soon. Cali- we are SO proud of your leadership and growth over the last few years at St. Rose. Never give up. 🌹 ❤️

Today we are sending a huge congratulations to Pedro, who will graduate officially in person (!) tonight at St. Rose with his classmates. Pedro is witty and kind. He loves the music of Prince ☔️ and snacking on cheese sticks when he studies for social studies, his favorite subject. Pedro: We can’t wait to see you tonight and hope you have an amazing summer before high school. Stay in touch!
We are GRADUATING today! Much love & congratulations to our 8th graders & families! Please say a prayer for all of us!

Steven! So giving, funny and smart. He loves Oreos (like many of our 8th graders) the color red and said he will especially miss Mrs. Parrella. We are so sure that Steven will be successful in anything he tries. Good luck in high school! 🥳 🎓 🌹

This shoutout goes to Tanairi, who joined our school just this spring. Tanairi loves the color purple (like your cap, Tanairi?) social studies, and Oreos. She sends a special thank you to the middle school team who helped her feel welcome in the short while she was with St. Rose. We wish we could spend more time with you, but we know you’re going to do amazing things! Congratulations!

Only a couple more graduate spotlights during our last week of school! We will miss Soffia’s smile so much! Soffia’s favorite color is baby blue. She loves learning about history, listening to Billie Eilish, and snacking on Takis 🔥 She thanks Ms. Flanigan: “she always tells me to believe in myself and that I am capable of anything if I set my mind to it.” We agree, Soffia. Never stop. Congratulations 🎉 🎓

Evelyn, a mature and calm presence in any class. She is a kind friend and says she could never live without her family. She is inspired by her science teacher Mrs. Parrella but also loves social studies and history. Evelyn, we pray for you to achieve all of your dreams, especially traveling to Australia 🇦🇺 ✈️ congratulations on your graduation!

This intelligent, curious, and wonderful student celebrated her last day as a 4th grader at St. Rose School by putting on her uniform & going to take a "last day of school" photo in front of the school sign.
Well done, Chloe & mom Kathryn! As Chloe said today, "I'm making a memory to look back on." Brilliant, Chloe, just brilliant! ⭐️
Good luck in 5th grade! You will do great! ~ Ms. Butler
