Today, CPS staff, teachers, and administrators participated in a dedicated Professional Development day focused on understanding and navigating childhood trauma in the classroom. 💚
Trauma can deeply affect how students learn, connect, and process emotions. By shifting our perspective to better understand what each child has experienced, our educators are building safer, more supportive classrooms that foster emotional regulation, resilience, and academic success.
We are committed to supporting the whole child so every student in our school can thrive. Thank you, Dr. Coody, for your presentation.

Last year we were invited to enter in the RSU Food Fight. Slayte Smith, Brycen Herndon, and Duncan Abbott were the competing chefs. They did an amazing job and are excited for everyone to finally see them compete.

Side note, they will be competing again for season 5 in March ☺️

RSU has released the first episode of Food Fight on channel 35, the RSUTV app, or https://watch.rsu.tv/apps/892/4046397-4155797
