We hope everyone made it to Art Night last week! Thank you again to Mrs Brown • Art for putting on a wonderful art show! The kids love seeing their work hung on the walls of Byam. We are so lucky to have you!!

Hello Byam families!

Sending out one final (desperate) plea for help… we need a couple volunteers to sell PIZZA and water at the art show/book fair (Wednesday) until we run out!

I am the parent volunteer (my kids are in 2nd and 5th) filling the role of Byam’s Scholastic chairperson since my oldest started at Byam.

I can juggle many parts of the book fair on my own- but the night of the art show is the busiest night and is when I could really use some help.

If you plan on attending, please consider signing up for one of the 30 min spots.

Tomorrow is our election for next year’s BSA Board.

In addition, we are currently seeking volunteers to chair several events and fundraisers that may be at risk of being discontinued due to a shortage of volunteers. Please take a look at the attached document for brief descriptions and overviews of the available opportunities. The items highlighted in red are our highest priority needs at this time.

It's time to get ready for Byam's Spring Scholastic Book Fair!

The book fair will kick off on May 27th at Byam School with Byam Art night (5pm-7pm, art, pizza and books!), and will remain open after school May 28th and 29th (4pm- 5:30pm)!

Please consider volunteering (sign up at: https://signup.com/go/vEpnfcO), feel free to sign up for one or more spots! We need help with setup and cleanup, sales at the registers, and for pizza sales (pizza sales on art night only).
