Our fall TAP Speed Academy is coming up, and now is the time to get your young athlete registered!

Speed Academy is about more than running fast. Athletes will work on the skills that help them become stronger, quicker, more explosive and more confident competitors-no matter what sport they play.

🏃 YOUTH SPEED ACADEMY | Ages 7–11
📅 Saturdays | Sept. 12–Oct. 17
⏰ 10:30–11:30 AM

⚡ TEEN SPEED ACADEMY | Ages 12–18
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays | Sept. 8–Oct. 15
