What Entrepreneurship Taught Us

One lesson entrepreneurship continues to teach us is this:

You can have an incredible vision and still struggle if the infrastructure is not strong enough to support growth.

We've seen this in businesses.

We've seen it in nonprofits.

We've seen it in colleges and universities.

We've seen it in government agencies.

The challenge is rarely a lack of talent.

More often, it's a lack of alignment between people, systems, and strategy.

When those areas work together, organizations move differently.

They communicate differently.

They execute differently.

And they grow differently.

That lesson helped shape the TMJ Consulting Ecosystem.

Over the last several years, our team has noticed something.
Many of the challenges organizations face are connected to the challenges leaders are carrying.
