M&M, from the day we met on bid day you have been such a positive reinforcement on my life. Meeting you on bid day and being able to go to our first little new member meeting together was when I realized I would have no issue fitting into kappa delta and finding my way because we had each other!! I was so thankful to have met you and fall into the same friend group and am even more thankful to go through these next three years with you right in my backyard!
I admire your ability to balance so many things while still being such a consistent and thoughtful friend. You embody each value kappa delta strives to be and anyone who knows you is surely thankful to have you! Thank you for all of the laughs, constant encouragement, always holding me accountable, and inside jokes. No matter where we end up by the end of our senior year I am forever grateful for our sisterhood and how much you have taught me, LOVE YOU LONGTIME BFF 💚

Dear Kilah, Who would’ve thought our friendship would grow into what it is today? From meeting on Bid Day and hanging out once, we were basically attached at the hip. From the very beginning, being around you felt easy, and it didn’t take long for you to become one of the most important people in my life. You never fail to make me laugh, lift me up when I’m down, and remind me that I’m never alone. You are one of the kindest, most selfless, caring, and hardworking people I know, and your friendship has been such a gift to me. I always prayed for a friendship  like ours and I’m so grateful God brought you into my life. Thank you for being my best friend, my biggest supporter, and someone I can always count on no matter what.
I love you so big, MM 💚

A look into what we'll be doing this summer break! ☀️

with our VP of Recruitment Summer Noss!

💌
When I went through recruitment, I not only chose KD because of the genuine conversations I had during recruitment, but because of the feeling I got every time I walked into the KD house. I remember looking around and seeing so many women who radiated not only confidence but true happiness, and authenticity. Looking back now, I never could have imagined how much KD would change my life for the best. The friendships, memories, and opportunities this chapter has given me have shaped me into the person I am today.

Being VP of Recruitment and Marketing has meant everything to me because I got to be a part of helping other women find the same home I found. There is truly nothing more special than watching so many incredible women walk through the same doors I once walked through and knowing they will find their forever friends, their biggest supporters, and a place where they can be completely themselves with no hesitation. Recruitment was never just a position to me; it was the chance to share everything I love about KD with others and help create that same feeling of belonging for someone else.

To the future PC '26, my biggest piece of advice is to trust this amazing process and trust yourself. Go into recruitment with an open mind, be your authentic self, and don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. The best conversations are the genuine ones, and the right chapter will love you for exactly who you are. Soak in every moment as you look around, because recruitment flies by faster than you think. I can't wait to meet each of you, hear your stories, and watch you find your home in Chattanooga! 💚

"I came into college starting new and not knowing anyone, I remember just going to my classes and coming back and feeling so upset watching everyone else have fun in their first semester. I decided to rush in the spring and I’m so proud of myself for doing so because KD wanted me! I was SO nervous the first time I went to a sisterhood event. My mind was filled with questions: What if I said the wrong thing? Would they even like me? Would I make any friends? Those thoughts followed me all day leading up to the event. But the moment I walked into the room, something changed. The anxiety I had been carrying started to fade away. Every girl I met welcomed me with genuine kindness. At first, I thought they were being polite, but the more conversations I had and the more time I spent with them, the more I realized how sincere they truly were. They wanted to know me, not a filtered version of me, but who I really am. For the first time, I felt completely accepted without feeling the need to change myself. They met me exactly where I was, and from that moment on, I knew I had found something special. Through Kappa Delta, I’ve gained more than friendships. I’ve gained confidence, security, and a sense of belonging. These women constantly remind me that I am supported, valued, and capable of more than I ever imagined. The girls of Kappa Delta have become my constants, they’re the ones who show up for me on my best days and my hardest ones. They celebrate my successes, encourage me through challenges, and inspire me to become the best version of myself every day. That’s my why!"

Sisterhood Spotlight with PC ’23 sisters Delaney & Kayli! 🤍

+ Kayli and Delaney have both served as Directors of Member Retention, creating countless memories and bringing sisters closer together through every event and moment shared. These two truly embody what sisterhood in Kappa Delta means each and every day!

💌 Delaney Goodall
"My Kayli girl, you are such a ray of sunshine and I’m so blessed to have had you in my life since the beginning of our college years. It’s crazy to think we lived in the same hometown our whole lives, but somehow college and KD brought us together at exactly the right time, and our friendship is so special to me. You make everyone around you feel so loved, and you truly bring so much positivity and joy to our sisterhood. I am forever thankful we decided to be roomies for our junior and senior year, and I can’t wait to make so many more memories together for one last year!! Kayli never fails to make me laugh, smile, or feel supported because she’s always my biggest cheerleader. I’m beyond grateful to have a friend who will always be there for me no matter what. Thank you Kayli for being such a light in my life, and thank you Kappa Delta for bringing us so much closer!!! 💚👯🏼‍♀️"

💌 Kayli King
"Delaney, my bestest friend and roomie all in 1!!! This past year living with you has truly been such a blessing! From all of our late night talks and laughing until we cry, to always being there for each other no matter what, you’ve made this chapter of life so incredibly special. You are one of the most genuine, sweetest, and FUNNIEST people I know, and I’m so lucky to call you my best friend!! Thank you for always being such a light in my life, someone I can go to about absolutely anything, and for always knowing exactly what to say or do to cheer me up and make me laugh. I honestly don’t know how I went so long without being your bestie, but I’m so thankful God put you in my life when He did. Here’s to senior year (I’m sick) 🥲 I love you forever & always, dede!!!! 🩷"
