Junior Pre-K students are discovering just how fun Garden Lynn's mud kitchen can be! It's an opportunity to turn dirt and dried flowers/herbs into a learning lab. These students are building fine motor skills, getting comfortable with nature and learning collaborative play, one mud pie at a time.

Pre-K students are just beginning to build new skills in woodshop class. They start by distinguishing rough versus smooth surfaces by touch, then practice their two-handed coordination by using a sanding block to smooth the wood surface. In a few short years, they will be turning wood on a lathe and building a boat!
