Girls Preparatory School Class of 1973

Maybe many of you already know that Jan Morgan Harrison has written a book "Life After the Storm: God Will Carry You Through"( should be underlined, but don't know how-sorry, Mrs. Speakman).
It is truly a spiritual journey of how Jan is dealing with the death of her son James. The charity organization With Eyes Open actually had its roots in James' visit to South Sudan a few years before his death. Just what has happened with that ministry is awesome!
I've even tapped into some of Jan's speaking events and thought: it looks like Jan, sounds like Jan, moves like Jan- it must be Jan!
She is such an eloquent speaker filled with the grace of God. I have been blown away with all that I have seen & read. (I feel like I know Lady Gaga or something!!)
All joking aside, I think it will fill your heart to read her book and look at the ministry With Open Eyes.

Great news from Susan Eady Flanagan:
Tom is on the mend. I am so thankful to have the chance for many more anniversaries!.

Hello there,

Today Susan Eady Flanagan shared that her husband Tom underwent quadruple bypass surgery and presently is in ICU at Memorial.....please send prayers and positive thoughts their way.....they came to the Sat. night party at Susan and Phillip's home just 2 weeks ago......

News Flash !!! Reunion Report from Friday events !!!

Friday morning Donna and Beth heard a great chapel talk, toured the campus, and ate lunch in GPS cafeteria with a couple 1968 classmates-that class were Cats to our Rats and saw May Day practice as they departed.......

Friday night at Headmaster's lovely home Jane, Sissa ,Becca ,Rowena and Carl,Donna and Lindsey,Beth enjoyed the great food, fun ,and stories shared.....Carl and Lindsey were such troopers listening to all the hysterical capers from class of 1973......saw Peggy Thomas, too.......she is so amazing

Please Please Please Please bring your old GPS stuff to Saturday Night Party -we will laugh until we cry looking at the
annuals ,The Static,old school uniforms,old saddle oxfords,those awful 7th grade gym uniforms -black shorts & white tops-letter sweaters,textbooks......we know some of you are so organized that you have some great memorabilia and may actually get to it.....

We are going to have so much fun that we will provide Poise pads if needed!!!!!
