Wow… what an incredible weekend for Compass Rose. 💫

Our Talent Show was such a beautiful reminder of what makes this community so special. From the courage it took for our students to step on stage, to the joy and excitement in the room—it was truly something to be proud of.

To our families—thank you for showing up in such a big way. Your support, encouragement, and willingness to jump in and help made this event what it was. It does not go unnoticed.

And to our amazing students—we are SO proud of you. Your creativity, bravery, and hard work shined so brightly. Watching each of you share your talents was an absolute gift.

Hi everyone! 💛

Compass Rose Homeschool Co-op is a fully volunteer-led 501(c)(3) that is entirely community-funded. We’ve been growing so quickly, and we are doing our very best to meet the needs of the families we serve by expanding our space and opportunities.

So many students are flourishing here and truly call our co-op home, and we are working hard to continue building a place where they feel seen, supported, and inspired—but we truly can’t do it without your help. We are trying to expand into an additional classroom and student flex space over this summer, and need your help!

We are seeking sponsors and would love to partner with any small businesses or individuals who are passionate about supporting alternative education and homeschool programs.

This all leads up to the big culmination of our fundraiser—our student talent show on April 25th, “Charting the Stars” ✨ where our kids will take the stage and showcase all of their hard work and creativity!

💡 Explore big ideas and start dreaming about their path ahead

We are currently seeking sponsors for our biggest fundraiser of the year—Charting the Stars: A Talent R***e!

This special event will showcase the incredible talents of our homeschool students, and we’re inviting our local community to partner with us in making it a success.

We are looking for businesses to contribute items for our event sweepstakes. Every attendee will have the opportunity to win exciting prizes, making this a fun and engaging experience for all! Donations such as gift baskets, gift certificates, services, or other items are greatly appreciated.

We are also offering event sponsorship opportunities! In return for your support, your business will receive marketing exposure and the chance to directly support local homeschool educational programs, classroom supplies, student events, and enrichment opportunities.

Our Compass Rose students have spent the spring learning about entrepreneurship, creating products, and building their own small businesses. Now they’re ready to showcase and sell the items they’ve made!

We have a limited number of spaces available for other homeschool student entrepreneurs who would like to set up a booth and sell their own creations.

✨ Vendor fee: only $15
✨ Great opportunity for students to practice real-world business skills
✨ Handmade items, crafts, baked goods, art, and other creative products welcome

📚✨ Compass Rose Homeschool Book Fair — Community Invitation! ✨📚

Compass Rose Homeschool Cooperative is excited to host our very first Homeschool Book Fair in celebration of Read Across America Week on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 — and we would love to see our community there!

This special event is designed to give homeschool students the classic book fair experience while highlighting local businesses, authors, and organizations who support literacy and learning.

We are currently welcoming:

📖 Book vendors & literacy-based businesses serving ages 3–18
✍️ Local authors willing to participate in scheduled story hour readings
🌮 Food trucks interested in attending and serving our families
🤝 Community partners who can help us spread the word

There is no cost to participate, and we do not take a percentage of sales. As part of this community-centered event, we simply ask that:

🎁 Vendors donate one literacy-based item to our giveaway basket
📚 Authors be willing to read a story during one of our story hour sessions

We also invite families, educators, and community members to attend, shop, enjoy story time, and help us celebrate reading together.
