The second Monday of the month is here! That means it's time to meet fellow local French speakers at Adelle's Creperie. Practice speaking in a relaxed setting, enjoy delicious food, and make new friends in the community. All levels are welcome. We're saving you a seat!

Debbie's Beginner 2 Korean class made 김밥, or kimbap, the go-to food for picnics in Korea.

"Food is a huge part of any culture. It is a universal love language! And I love that we get to explore that in our classes here at CSL!"

Although we are not offering Korean this summer, prepare to immerse yourself in the language and culture this fall.

This Saturday, bring your littles to The Book & Cover to spend some magical quality time together! 🥰📚The first Saturday of the month means one of our amazing CSL teachers will be sharing a story for Bilingual Storytime! 🗺️✨It’s the perfect way to build early language skills, spark imagination, and enjoy a fun morning out as a family.

Meet Audrey, June’s Student of the Month. 🌟

Audrey is learning American Sign Language to build a more inclusive community and interpret for others.

She says her teacher, Belinda, makes learning fun and interactive by blending language lessons with Deaf culture history.

Audrey loves CSL’s stress-free, practical approach to instruction and our flexible evening schedules.

Her advice to new learners? "Go all in! Practice every day and do your own research. If you come across something you are curious about, bring it to class! Going the extra mile to practice with the community outside of the classroom makes a huge impact on your momentum."

Fun fact: Audrey is a huge UT Vols fan and a chocolate connoisseur! Her very first job was at a local chocolate shop, where she worked for 7 years. She still orders their chocolate today to whip up her own sweet creations.🍊🍫🤟
