Barbell + Barre January 4, 2023
New class format Wednesday 7am 45 minutes of Barbell/ Dumbbell work combined with Barre. Using heavier weights to increase resting metabolic rate, improve bone density, build lean muscle and more. The more muscle your body has the more calories it burns at rest.

Strengthens the heart, lowers blood pressure, helps regulate blood sugar and weight, & boosts energy are a few reasons.
