This past Sunday, we commissioned 13 new Colson Fellows as they recently completed nine months of training focused on spiritual formation and worldview development. We are proud to have church members eager to further understand the gospel and how to best reach the world today.

Meet Kaylee Potter, our new College and Missions Associate! Kaylee has served as our Missions Intern this year, and we are excited to bring her on full-time to support both our college ministry and missions efforts. Pray for Kaylee as she enters into this new role and begins vocational ministry!

Men of Chattanooga - Join us Tuesday morning April 28 for our biweekly Men's Breakfast at Ridgedale Baptist Church! This is a great time of Christ-centered fellowship where the men of our city share a meal and hear from varying speakers on a regular basis. We meet every other week at 7:00am for only $5. Come Tuesday to hear from Richard Maddox.

Richard and Sherry have been married 51 years. They started attending 1st Presbyterian in 1977 from an invitation given by a family friend and church member. Richard was first ordained as a deacon and later as a ruling elder. Today he and Sherry serve on the Home Missions Committee. Richard is involved in local ministries and found his love for evangelism while serving at the Salvation Army on McCallie Avenue. Working with Shad Guinn he has been introduced to the growing spiritual needs of our local community and the many groups who are in place. After retiring from the automotive industry of 47 years, he now enjoys serving God in encouraging other believers, his church, being a home body and loving the family he has been blessed to have.
