This was a Friday night worth remembering! Our All-School Tailgate kicked off the night with food trucks, inflatables, music, and plenty of fun in The Grove, followed by the Buc Walk and performances from across campus.

Then it was on to David L. Boyd Field for the first home football game of the season, plus a pretty adorable halftime performance from our Little Bucs Cheer Campers!

We love seeing our campus this full of Buc spirit.​ 💙💛

A special milestone for the Class of 2027! 🎓

Each senior was pinned today, marking the beginning of their final year at Boyd-Buchanan. It was a meaningful time for parents to celebrate their students and reflect on the journey that has brought them to this moment.

We are so proud of our seniors and look forward to all this year holds for them!

Middle School House Sorting Day is one of our favorite days of the year! 🖤💚💛💙 Each incoming sixth grader and new middle school student draws the House they’ll represent throughout their middle school years. ​

With games and competitions and service projects, the House system gives students countless opportunities to connect, build community, and show their House pride!

This week, our fourth-grade students learned about the history of the American flag from Mr. Connell, as well as the proper way to care for, fold, and raise it.

Now, they’ll put those lessons into action! Throughout the school year, they will take on the special responsibility of raising the flag each morning in front of the Lower School.

Come out to Finley Stadium Friday night and help us fill the stands as the Bucs take on Heritage! There’s nothing like kicking off football season under the lights, and we’d love to see a big BBS crowd there!

Can’t make it to Finley? BBS Football broadcasts are back, too! Chris Barnett and Ross Wortman will be on the call beginning at 6:25 PM at bbschool.org. Since Friday’s game is at Finley, the broadcast will be audio only.

It's almost time to go back to school! We had our Lower School registration on Friday, met teachers, dropped off supplies, and saw friends we have missed all summer. The countdown is on for the next school year!
